Irish Cream Time!

I am very excited to be working with Feeney’s Irish Cream on some winter warmer cocktails.

Today I decided to spice things up just a little.

Recipe:

  • 30mls Feeneys’ Irish cream
  • 30mls Anejo Tequila infused with mulling spices and chilli
  • 60mls Full Cream Milk
  • A couple of drops of Chocolate Chilli Bitters.
  • Cocktail glasses rimmed with Ceylon cinnamon sugar.
  • Garnish with extra chilli  and cinnamon sticks.

Result: If this doesn’t warm you up, I don’t know what will!
