I am very excited to be working with Feeney’s Irish Cream on some winter warmer cocktails.
Today I decided to spice things up just a little.
Recipe:
- 30mls Feeneys’ Irish cream
- 30mls Anejo Tequila infused with mulling spices and chilli
- 60mls Full Cream Milk
- A couple of drops of Chocolate Chilli Bitters.
- Cocktail glasses rimmed with Ceylon cinnamon sugar.
- Garnish with extra chilli and cinnamon sticks.
Result: If this doesn’t warm you up, I don’t know what will!
