Pretty please with a Cherry On Top

I purchased some freshly squeezed sour cherry  juice and I was wondering what I was going to do with it? I came across a fabulous recipe idea by @barfaith . Here is my spin:

60mls @islandgin
60mls sour cherry juice
45mls lime juice
Simple syrup (adjust to taste)
Dash of @scrappysbitters polite amor
Soda water to fill the glass
Rim glass with @cocktailsmandurah Black Truffle salt rimmer
Garnish with fresh cherries

Result: What a sensational sip!
