There has not been a great deal of sunshine lately in Melbourne so I have created my own little ray of Sunshine with this delicious Mandarin and Passionfruit Margarita.

I used:

45mls Tequila

15mls Orange 🍊 Liqueur

45mls Lime Juice

Mandarin Soda to fill the glass.

Garnish with fresh passionfruit
