The Last Jedi: Today, the 2nd film in the Star Wars sequel trilogy is released in Australia and I have created @mr_margarita_mum a special margarita to celebrate the release.

30mls Blanco Tequila
15mls triple sec
15mls freshly squeezed orange juice
30mls apple, water and lime juice with activated charcoal
15mls Aquafaba

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for around 2 minutes. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Garnish with black Salt and orange peel.
