45mls Blanco Tequila
60mls freshly squeezed lime juice
20mls fresh pomegranate juice
12 fresh mint leaves
2 bar spoons of homemade mint syrup (recipe on website)
@naturalrawc no added sugar Sparkling coconut water to fill the glass
How to: I placed the lime and pomegranate juice, syrup and mint in @thermomixaus on speed 9 for around 20 seconds. Pour into your favourite cocktail glass (with additional lime and mint slices) and fill with Sparkling coconut water.
To make this as a mocktail, simply omit the tequila. It still tastes amazing!!
