Recipe:
15mls Mezcal
15mls @campariofficial
15mls @domainedecanton ginger Liqueur
15mls freshly squeezed blood orange juice
15mls Aquafaba
Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for around two minutes until your desired level of foam is achieved.
Double strain into your favourite holiday season inspired glass and garnish with star anise and cinnamon sugar.
