Never let anyone dim your sparkle it’s one of my favourite sayings but sometimes I do need reminding. Today I am feeling just peachy and as sparkly as ever so I whipped up something with sugar and spice and all things nice. Please enjoy my Panama Peach Margarita.

Recipe:

25mls Blanco Tequila
25mls peach Liqueur
25mls @drinkbai Panama Peach
Juice of one lime
One slice Jalapeño.
15mls Aquafaba .

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around 2 minutes. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass that has been rimmed with Manuka Honey and hundreds and thousands. Jalapeño garnish
