Today I have gone green and created a Cucumber and Cynar Margarita.
Recipe:
25mls Blanco Tequila
25mls Cynar
40mls freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 Lebanese cucumber (unpeeled)
A couple of drops of @honestjohnbitterscolemongrass cardamom Bitters.
I placed all ingredients in a high-speed blender with ice and whizzed on high speed until combined. Strain into your favourite cocktail glass rimmed with @tajinmx_oficial
Result: it tastes quite delicious with the Tajin. I think this would have tasted even better with a bit more lime and if I had peeled the cucumber.
