It’s our final night on the Sunshine Coast so I am making the most of the tropical winter weather. Please enjoy my ‘Strawberry Pineapple Jalapeño Margarita’

Recipe:
120mls @patron Reposado tequila
60mls @cointreau_officiel 
90mls freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup frozen pineapple

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed until combined. Place in a sealed container with a few slices of Jalapeño and leave to infuse for 1/2 hour. Strain into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with Jalapeño, cocktail umbrella and brightly coloured straw.

Result: so good. Yum. Amazing!
