Hundreds and Thousands of Margaritas. Well actually, just one…..with hundreds and thousands.

Recipe:
60mls Blanco Tequila
30mls @solerno_bloodorange 
60mls freshly squeezed ruby pink grapefruit juice
juice
1 egg white (room temperature)

Method:
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake hard for 1+ minute to emulsify and chill ingredients.

Strain out ice and shake again for 1+ minute to aerate and further combine ingredients.

Double strain into a glass.
