Friday Night aperitif….

Recipe:
30mls reposado tequila
30mls freshly squeezed lime juice 
30mls freshly squeezed ruby pink grapefruit juice
30mls Montenegro
A couple of Jalapeño slices

How to: place all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with dehydrated lime.

Result: Mellow slightly spicy Bitterness
