So I am very excited to now be in Melbourne and have a fire place…here is my first fire place Margarita that I have simply called ‘Fire and Ice’

Recipe:
90mls @casamigos Anejo
60mls triple sec
90mls freshly squeezed lime juice
30mls @theshrubberyllc Quince Bay Laurel Shrub
1 Jalapeño cut into slices
Ice

How to:

Shake all ingredients vigorously in a cocktail shaker for 1 minute.

Result: A stark spicy twist on a Classic Margarita
