Balsamic Strawberry Reduction

Strawberry Balsamic Reduction:

13 strawberries cut in into 8 parts.

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar (I used Moro

1/4 cup brown sugar.

Place all ingredients in saucepan on a low heat and simmer until balsamic reduces to around half.

Let the mixture cool and place strawberries and the liquid in a sealed container overnight in the fridge.

The next day, strain the liquid from the strawberries.

The strawberries can be used for an ice-cream topper, with yogurt or on top of Bircher Muesli.
