I used:
60ml Mezcal
15ml Watermelon Liqueur
30ml Lime Juice
15ml Passionfruit Pulp
1 drop Pink Food colouring
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice
Strain into your favourite vintage glasses and serve with extra Passionfruit pulp and fresh mint
