It’s still #nationalmargaritaday day somewhere in the world!

Well it wouldn’t be right if I didn’t create a blue delight …

I used:
60ml Coconut infused tequila (home infused)
15ml Blue Curaçao
30ml Lime Juice
Agave syrup to taste
30ml Aquafaba

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until combined

Rim you favourite Marg glass with Trapani Sea salt

Double strain the cocktail into the glass. Wait for the foam to settle and garnish with homegrown Violas (edible)
