Apple Tart, my Pie’

I started by whizzing up @arnottsbiscuits ginger nut biscuits with melted butter in a food processor until crumbly and combined

Press the biscuit base into a well greased pie dish. Bake in the oven until lightly golden brown

Grab a tin of apple pie filling and stir through some mixed spice. Cover the biscuit base.

Thinly slice apples and decoratively design on top of the filling. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar

Bake. Serve with edible flowers and cream
