‘True happiness comes from the joy of deeds well done, the zest of creating things new’ Antoine de Saint-Exupery

Today’s delicious alcohol free was created with a homemade zesty sugar free syrup:
1/2 cup lemon juice
Zest of one lemon
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons stevia

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer until the liquid approximately halves. Refrigerate overnight

I served this tasty zesty delight with sugar free tonic water, fresh lemon slices and homegrown thyme.
