15ml @maisonnoillyprat
Generous Bar Spoon Olive Brine
Generous Dash @thebittertruthcompany Olive Bitters

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker (from @williamssonoma )with ice (5-6 cubes minimum) and shake vigorously until combined

Strain into a divine martini glass (op shop purchase), serve with an Olive kebab rosemary stem (rosemary from my garden) and serve on a vintage silver tray
