Vegemite & Avocado on sour toast

In January 2020, I was in Santa Monica (yes it feels like a lifetime ago). We popped into an Australian Cafe because they were raising money for the victims of the devastating bushfires that were ravaging Australia

It was the first time I had tried @vegemite and avocado together and I have been hooked ever since!

I have used fresh sourdough, butter, Cheesybite and Reed avocado (one of the largest known varieties of avocado) Season with salt & pepper and serve with edible flowers, fresh parsley & flowering rosemary (all from my edible garden)
