Best Roast Chicken Ever! I am not kidding!
I started by stuffing the bird with fresh lemons and tinned peaches. Baste the bird with the retained peach syrup, verjuice, lemon juice and olive oil.
Roast until lightly golden brown. Allow to rest for half the cooking time.
