‘What the Caper’

Do you like capers? I loooooooove them & they were the inspiration for this very savoury, salty, umami deliciousness

60ml Gin
30ml Dry Vermouth
90ml Homemade Tomato Water
15ml Caper Brine

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined

Fill your favourite glass with ice, extra capers and rosemary. Double strain in the cocktail

I garnished with a rogue huge edible flower that I found in my garden
