You will need:
300 grams @costco organic animal crackers
100 grams melted butter
Juice 2 small lemons
1/2 cup @casamigos tequila
2 pack cream cheese (@aldiaustralia )
2 cans condensed milk (@aldiaustralia
I started by blitzing the crackers in @thermomixaus until crumbly
Add the melted butter and blitz again until combined
Grease your tart tin. Line it with the crumbled crackers and bake briefly in the oven. Remove when it is slightly browned. Allow to cool
Mix the cream cheese, condensed milk, lemon and tequila in @thermomixaus until well combined.
Gently spoon into the cooled flan tin and refrigerate until well set
Top the cheesecake with fanned strawberries
