I used:
60ml London Dry Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Olive Brine
Barspoon Organic Rose Condiment with balsamic vinegar of Modena (@aldiaustralia )
4 yellow cherry tomatoes
Muddle the tomatoes. Add all other ingredients and shake very vigorously with ice
Double strain into your favourite cocktail glasses. Serve with rosemary and giant stuffed olives
