The other day, the exceptionally good people at @vinbar_albury created a very delicious ‘Mojito’ with one of my favourites @vantageaustralia. They very aptly named it the Vojito!.
Now the good thing is, if you want to re-create this at home, there is no better time than now – @vantageaustralia is on on special @danmurphys for all Dan’s members for the month of June for just $53!
Here is the recipe I used:
Juice of 1 large lime (or @vinbar_albury used @billsons1865 lime kaffir cordial)
1 tablespoon caster sugar
Small handful mint leaves, plus extra to serve (my mint is growing so well right now!)
60ml @vantageaustralia
Soda water, to taste
