‘Bloody French Onion’

I recently posted about a martini I created with French onion soup infused vodka. I wasn’t sure if I liked it or not and the post certainly generated some fabulous suggestions.

Here is my next French Onion inspired cocktail. I used:
30ml French onion infused vodka
30ml @gordonsginuk
15ml @maisonnoillyprat dry vermouth
60ml @clamato (or 120ml if you prefer a longer drink)
30ml lime juice
1/2 teaspoon grated horseradish
Very good Dash chipotle @tabasco or to taste

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined.

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with homemade dehydrated burnt lime and freshly grown rosemary

This was delicious! I loved the short and longer versions so take your pick!
