French Onion Martini

I love using powdered French Onion Soup for flavouring in my cooking. It’s great in potato bakes and makes a ridiculously delicious dip when mixed with sour cream.

So the other day, I had some of the soup mix left over and I decided to infuse it into some vodka….yes I know, boredom makes you do crazy things

To make the martini, I used:
60ml French Onion soup mix infused Vodka
15ml Dry Vermouth
Garnish is Curry Leaf

How was it? Well, it was different. I am not sure if I liked it or not? I pushed through and sipped it all and it did grow on me.

Would I make it again? Probably not. I might stick to a Gibson’s Martini
