Raffles Singapore Sling

I was reminiscing about a fabulous holiday I had to Singapore and the incredible high tea I enjoyed at @raffleshotelsingapore .

I also had the most amazing Singapore Sling and I wanted to recreate that deliciousness.

I have used their recipe to create these incredibly delicious sips!

To make one:
30ml @sipsmith gin
15ml @cherryheering1818
7.5ml @cointreau
7.5ml Dom Benedictine
Dash @angosturahouse bitters
10ml Grenadine
15ml lime juice
120ml unsweetened pineapple juice (@aldiaustralia)

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined.

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass that has been filled with ice

Serve with pomegranate slices and fresh mint (this mint is from my new herb garden!
