ANZAC DAY 2020.

Anzac Day is arguably one of Australia’s most important national occasions.

Anzac Day is very different this year due to Covid-19. We are all staying at home instead of attending dawn services, marches and playing 2-up at our local RSL Club. You will see in my Instagram stories that we marked our own commemorations at home with a mini service ‘light up the dawn’ in our driveway. .

We won’t be sharing the day with our family and friends so I am sharing my cocktail from Anzac Day 2018. .

Garnish is rosemary (Traditionally, sprigs of rosemary are worn on Anzac Day and sometimes on Remembrance Day, and are usually handed out by Legacy and the RSL. Rosemary has particular significance for Australians, as it is found growing wild on the Gallipoli peninsula) .
