As you all would know, I am a really huge fan of @vantageaustralia and they are calling on you to create the ultimate ‘stay at home’ cocktail using Vantage to win the ‘Ultimate Vantage Quarantine’ prize pack. The prize includes:

To enter, all you need to do is invent an original cocktail using Vantage.
I will be judging the competition – and you know I love colourful drinks with fabulous garnishing! 😊
The Competition starts on the 21st April and runs through until midnight Sunday 3rd May AEST. The Competition winner will be announced Thursday 7th May

60ml @vantageaustralia Australia
30ml Hansells Mandarin and Lime Bitters Syrup
60ml Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
90ml Bundaberg Drinks Passionfruit Soda
2 mint leaves
5 drops Angostura Bitters
How to:
Simply place all liquid in a cocktail stirring glass. Break the
mint to release the flavour and place in the mixture. Stir to
combine flavours.
Strain into your favourite cocktail glass over ice and serve with mint and passionfruit
