Easter Sunday 2020

Here is my spin on @karenvanvloten ‘s Blueberry Delight that she created for this years very virtual Easter

I used:
60ml @amuletgin
1 barspoon Elderflower Liqueur
10ml homemade no sugar raspberry syrup
20ml fresh lime juice

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined

Double strain into a coupe and serve on glorious tray with @lindt Easter eggs
