‘Selected Passion Martini’

I used:
60ml botanist gin
15ml select aperitif
Barspoon passionfruit Liqueur
Barspoon homemade blood orange & passionfruit syrup
3 drops orange bitters

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined. Serve over #cubesincoupes with half a passionfruit and fresh rosemary
