Dragonfruit Pisco Sour

‘Dragonfruit Pisco Sour’

I used:
60ml pisco
30ml homemade low sugar dragonfruit syrup
30ml lime juice
30ml Aquafaba
3 dashes Angostura bitters

You know what to do! Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until you can’t shake anymore

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Wait for the foam to settle. Garnish with Thyme
