‘La piña sobria’

I used:
120ml @aldiaustralia organic ginger & lemon kombucha
90ml @aldiaustralia unsweetened pineapple juice
15ml lemon jalapeño shrub syrup
15ml homemade sweet & sour mix .
Place all ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir well until combined .
Pour into your favourite pineapple glass and garnish with dehydrated pineapple and pineapple frongs. Serve with paper bamboo straw
