‘Decade End Mezcal Margarita’

LIVE MARGARITA MUM UPDATE: My final margarita creation for 2019 and…wow, it’s a beauty. Created in @laketahoeofficial with a few things I picked up on trip

To make 2, I used:

3oz Mezcal El Silencio
1 oz @Cointreau
2oz freshly squeezed lime juice
2oz freshly squeezed ruby grapefruit juice
1/2oz lemon jalapeño syrup

You know what to do…simply place all ingredients in whatever cocktail shaker you can find and shake vigorously with ice. .

Double strain into the finest travelling glasses you can find. Garnish with fresh ruby grapefruit and mint (this was a bit limp but hey, it did the trick)

I served them up on a gorgeous tin tray I bought in Mt Ashland, Oregon.
