Vantage my Christmas
I used:
Recipe:
45ml cranberry infused @vantageaustralia *
15ml orange liqueur
15ml lime juice
5 fresh red currants
Sliver of fresh ginger
15ml star anise and cinnamon syrup**
30ml (or to taste) Pink Cranberry Juice Low Sugar
* I infused 5 muddled cranberries in 1 cup @vantageaustralia for 24 hours ** To make the syrup I used, 1 cup water, 1/2 sugar, good pinch of broken star anise pieces and I cinnamon stick. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer until liquid halves. Allow to cool before refrigerating.
To create the cocktail:
Muddle ginger and red currants in a cocktail shaker. Add all other ingredients and ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass.
Serve with fresh red currants and rosemary.
