‘Mandapimm’

This one is for my sister Janet @janetandteddy

I used:
30ml @pimmsaustralia
15ml limoncello
15ml Cointreau
15ml Dry London Gin
15ml lime juice
15ml mandarin syrup
60ml @bundabergdrinks lemon, lime and bitters

Simply pour all ingredients into a cocktail jug and stir. Fill your favourite glass with ice, frozen pomegranate, dehydrated mandarin and rosemary.

Strain the cocktail into the glass and garnish with more pomegranate, dehydrated mandarin and rosemary.
