Smoke my Jalapeño

‘Smoke my Jalapeño’

I used:

  • 15ml charred jalapeño infused tequila *
  • 30ml Mezcal
  • 30ml Pineapple and Coconut Liqueur
  • 15ml Blue Curaçao
  • 30ml Pineapple Juice
  • 30ml Coconut Milk
  • 15ml Lime Juice

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until combined

Place a clear ice cube in your favourite coupe and garnish with charred Jalapeño

*To make the charred jalapeño infused tequila, I charred a whole jalapeño (cut into slices) allow to cool. Place in a jar with 250ml Tequila for 3 days. This is not for the fainthearted, it is hot, hot, hot!
