Skull Off

I used:
45ml Mezcal
15ml Grand Mariner
15ml Lime Juice
45ml Carrot, Orange, Apple & Ginger Juice

Shake up the cocktail. Double strain into a skull cocktail glass that has been rimmed with black lava salt

To make the black foam, I used aquafaba, water, activated charcoal and ice. Shake ridiculously vigorously until foam is created

Carefully spoon the black foam on top of the cocktail

Now, you are Halloween ready
