Mango Lights

Sunday 27th October is Diwali so I am joining Harp @mix.mann #DiwaliDrinks …. a series of Indian themed drinks.

Here is my creation!

Infuse for 48hrs:
1/2 teaspoon korma curry paste
1 teaspoon ginger marmalade
Pinch of chilli flakes
45ml Reposado Tequila

Strain infusion into a cocktail jug
Add:
30ml Liquor 43
15ml Lime juice
60ml coconut milk

Pour into a blender and add 80 grams frozen mango and whiz on high speed till combined.

Pour mix back into the cocktail jug and stir in 60ml ginger beer .
Serve over ice and garnish with purple baby breath
