Slice the Blood Orange

‘Slice the Blood Orange’.

I used:

45ml Blood Orange, Fig & Ginger Gin Liqueur

30ml Chambord

30ml freshly squeezed blood orange juice

15ml lime juice

90ml aromatic tonic

Place all ingredients (except the tonic water) in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined. Add the tonic and stir until combined.

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glasses that have been filled with ice. Garnish with frozen blueberries, dehydrated blood orange and fresh thyme.
