VANTAGE BISHOP

The Bishop is a classic cocktail. There are many different recipes and variations available. Most are a sort of red wine fruit punch however there are also single serve versions available.

I have used @vantageaustralia to add some depth of flavour to make this more than just a dressed-up glass of wine!

I used:
• 60ml Vantage
• 30ml Mt Langhi Ghiran Cliff Edge Shiraz (a peppery Shiraz)
• 15ml Lime Juice
• 15ml Simple Syrup

To create:

Place Vantage, Lime and Simple Syrup into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously until combined. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Gently pour the Shiraz over the back of a spoon held just above the drinks surface so the wine floats on top.
