Is it a Pineapple Martini?

I used:
60ml Gin
15ml Lemon Juice
60ml unsweetened pineapple juice
30ml Aquafaba
5ml Passionfruit Syrup .

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around a minute.

Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Wait for the foam to settle. Garnish with a passionfruit vine flower
