Fox Force Five

So, I don’t usually follow recipes because I am quite simply terrible at following directions!

I did however find s recipe in a fabulous little book called ‘Tequila Made me do it’. Such a great name for a book!

Here is what I used:
45ml Mezcal
15ml unsweetened pineapple juice (from @aldiaustralia )
15ml Lime Juice (prices for limes are good in Australia right now)
15ml @aperolspritzau
8ml Peach 🍑 Liqueur
30ml Sparkling Water.
I omitted the simple syrup because I liked it without. The original recipe called for 8ml.

Garnish with a tangerine coloured rose.

I enjoyed this sip immensely. I know you will too!
