‘Exotic Opihr Sour’

To create some exotic spice in your life, all you will need is:

60ml @opihrgin from @bws_au
30ml Lemon Juice
Dash of Grenadine
30ml All Spice Aquafaba*
Fruit of 3 Rambutan
Ice

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for around 1 minute. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Wait for the foam to settle and garnish with rambutan shell and a sprinkling of all spice.

*to create the all spice aquafaba, simply place a sprinkling of all spice in 30ml Aquafaba and infuse overnight
