Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around a minute. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass. Serve in a Dragonfruit Cup.
*To Create the syrup, I used 100 grams of dragonfruit, ½ cup of caster sugar and 1 cup of water. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce to a simmer until liquid halves. Allow to cool and strain into a jar and refrigerate overnight.
