Peachy Christmas

It’s going to be a Peachy Christmas!
30ml Blanco tequila
15ml Ginger Liqueur
15ml Golden Falernum
15ml Lime Juice
60ml @bundabergdrinks peach Soda
Barspoon homemade passionfruit Syrup*
Place all ingredients in a cocktail jug and stir until combined. Strain into your favourite wine glass filled with an abundance of ice. Garnish with frozen cranberries and mintChristmas coaster handmade by one of @the_margarita_mum biggest fans, my Aunty Robyn

* I used one small can of passionfruit pulp , one cup of water, 1/4 cup sugar. Simply place all ingredients in a saucepan, bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer until liquid halves. Allow to cool and strain into a sterilised jar. Refrigerate overnight before use
