What are you going to serve the designated driver? How about my Christmas Kombucha Mocktail?

You will need:

60ml @seedlipdrinks Citrus
1 large strawberry
Ginger slices
Mint leaves
15ml Lime Juice
90ml Lemon and Ginger @thebuchashop kombucha
2 large spoons passionfruit pulp

Muddle the strawberry and ginger in a cocktail jug. Break in the mint leaves. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well. Double strain into a glass filled with heaps of ice.

Serve with extra Passionfruit, strawberry, mint and candied orange.
