Summer Sammy

‘Summer Sammy’

It’s going to be a scorcher in Melbourne today (36C degrees) so it is the perfect day for a rum tiki!

I used:

  • 30ml @sammysbeachbarrum
  • 15ml Pineapple and Coconut Liqueur
  • 15ml Blue Curaçao
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 60ml Coconut Milk
  • 60ml Unsweetened pineapple juice

Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz on high speed until combined.

Serve over ice in a glorious Tiki glass (@libbeyglass_europe) with a @tajinusaofficial Rim.
