It’s going to be a scorcher in Melbourne today (36C degrees) so it is the perfect day for a rum tiki!
- 30ml @sammysbeachbarrum
- 15ml Pineapple and Coconut Liqueur
- 15ml Blue Curaçao
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 60ml Coconut Milk
- 60ml Unsweetened pineapple juice
Place all ingredients in a blender and whiz on high speed until combined.
Serve over ice in a glorious Tiki glass (@libbeyglass_europe) with a @tajinusaofficial Rim.
