’A Passion for Purple’

You will need:

30ml Coconut Tequila
15ml Passionfruit Liqueur
15ml Cointreau
15ml Lime Juice
30ml Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
Butterfly 🦋 Pea Tea Syrup to taste
30ml Aquafaba .

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for around a minute. Double strain into your favourite cocktail glass and garnish with a passionfruit flower.
