Today’s GIN: Is a delicious sip from Rockhampton…a Regional
Queensland town … that also happens to be the town my in-laws are from. My late father-in-law’s family owned Withers of Rockhampton jewellers. .

@saleyards_distillery Three billy goats gin is a small batch handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. I love the freshness and citrus burst from the Ruby Red Grapefruit and Native Australian Finger Limes.

Served with tonic, dehydrated grapefruit from @keepcalmandcocktail and garnished with lemon thyme.
